These Terms of Service govern your access to and participation in our high-ticket mentorship, coaching, and consulting programs. By submitting an application, booking a call, enrolling, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

Program Eligibility & Applications

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program. We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our sole discretion.

All information provided during the application process must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service or removal from the program without refund.

Communications & SMS Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your application, enrollment, scheduling, program delivery, and support via:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • Phone calls

  • Messaging platforms

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

These communications are transactional and service-related and are required for program operation and delivery.

Payments & Billing

All payments are due in full or according to the agreed payment plan at the time of enrollment.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Removal from the program

  • Forfeiture of remaining services

We reserve the right to use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of high-ticket mentorship and digital services, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Lack of results

  • Failure to implement advice

  • Missed calls or sessions

  • Change of mind after enrollment

Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

Program Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific financial results, outcomes, or earnings. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, consistency, and external factors.

Our mentorship provides education, guidance, and strategic support only. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, frameworks, recordings, documents, and resources are our intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Share

  • Resell

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Record (unless permitted)

any program content without written permission.

Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in:

  • Abusive or disruptive behavior

  • Spamming or solicitation

  • Sharing confidential information

  • Violating these Terms

Removal for conduct violations does not qualify for a refund.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (including CRM, scheduling, messaging, payment, and hosting tools) to operate our services. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
